Anyone here interested in Thermite? It comes from a factory producing all kinds of big metal stuff.

tell me what you think here please.

Woah, I just thought that my habit of watching Breaking Bad recently had crossed over into real life. :P

then youll be glad to know though that for once a tv prog did actually do their research, you can really make thermite from the powdered aluminum inside an etch-a-sketch, some rust (iron oxide) and a magnesium fuse, dont light it in your kitchen mind, unless you want a big hole in the floor, it will burn through just about anything

"Breaking Bad" is notorious for their research on there screenplay writing, excellent team behind that Television show.

Haha I remember messing around with this stuff back in grade school. It is pretty interesting to play around with using different oxidizers and compositions to see how they behave.

Anyone who cannot do the simple task of making it themselves should not be playing around with it.
